- Salt: Avoid or reduce the consumption of salty food, because it will cause the body to store water and make the skin of the buttocks and thighs edema
- Caffeine: The caffeine contained in tea and coffee stimulates the central nervous system of the brain, as well as affects the heart, skeletal muscles, adrenal glands and bladder.
