She then turned her attention to canned tuna, mixing it with light mayo for a quick filling for her bagel. Laura suggested pairing this bagel with an apple and low-calorie crisps, resulting in a lunch totaling 554 calories and providing 41 grams of protein.

In addition to the bagel, she added a serving of low-calorie jelly to her Chicken Caesar sandwiches, making the entire meal 492 calories with 35 grams of protein.
