Trump Reveals Simple Fast Food Trick for Losing 30 Pounds

by Daisy

President Donald Trump shared a simple trick he used to lose 30 pounds while still enjoying his beloved fast food. During an interview on Fox News with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., host Sean Hannity revealed that the president has been skipping the buns when eating burgers.

“If he has a burger now, he usually doesn’t have it with a bun,” Hannity said. He added, “I hope I’m not revealing something I shouldn’t.”

Trump, who is 78, is well known for his fondness for fast food, particularly McDonald’s Quarter Pounders. He also enjoys well-done steaks, Oreos, and drinks up to a dozen Diet Cokes a day, which he can easily summon from his desk in the Oval Office. Despite his indulgent preferences, Trump lost 30 pounds last year amid the presidential campaign. Hannity noted that Trump was “getting healthier” and “looks great.”

Trump’s weight loss has sparked speculation, with some wondering if he used weight-loss medications like Ozempic or Wegovy. However, Trump addressed the change in his appearance, telling Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade, “I did it the hard way. I work.” He mentioned that his busy schedule has made it difficult for him to sit down for regular meals, unlike others who can.

Trump’s wife, Melania Trump, also played a role in his weight loss. She, known for her healthy eating habits and avoidance of alcohol, helped her husband make better food choices and avoid the Mar-a-Lago dessert buffet, which features a wide variety of homemade cakes and treats.

In a report from his doctor, Bruce Aronwald, Trump’s health was described as “excellent,” noting his improved diet and daily physical activity, though specifics about his weight or other health metrics were not shared. Trump is scheduled for his first physical as president next month at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

While he enjoys fast food, Trump does not smoke or drink. His fast food preferences, including serving McDonald’s at White House events and on Air Force One, have been well-documented. During his first term, his aides even joked that his “four major food groups” were McDonald’s, KFC, pizza, and Diet Coke.

Trump’s physical health has often been a point of discussion, especially as he began his second term as the oldest person to ever be inaugurated at 78 years and 220 days old.
