Join us for a unique and fun Tween Yoga event inspired by the Yoga Garden cooperative board game! In this special session, tweens will work together to “plant a beautiful garden” before nightfall—through yoga poses, mindful moments, and breath-work challenges.
This class blends movement with imagination, fostering connection, teamwork, and self-discovery.
Why Cooperative Games? Cooperative play helps build empathy, communication, and trust. Tweens will learn to support each other, rather than compete, by working together toward a common goal.
Why Yoga and Mindfulness? Yoga and mindfulness teach tweens valuable tools to manage stress, boost confidence, and stay in tune with their bodies and minds. Through movement and breath-work, they’ll feel more grounded, focused, and connected.
Let’s move, play, breathe, and grow together!
