“Low-fat food” for weight loss is not reliable

Advice to everyone:

  1. Ditch these so-called healthy foods and switch to fresh fruits and vegetables instead.​​
  2. Drink yogurt without added xylitol and berries, and make your own dressing with lemon and balsamic vinegar.​​
  3. Always pay attention to what you eat and look at the ingredient list on the product label.​​
  4. When you ditch these foods and eat full-fat foods in moderation, you’ll live longer and look better, and you’ll find that you may lose a lot of fat without exercising!
