Many new mothers do not have the conditions and time for a big S, so how can new mothers return to their prenatal attractive figure? In fact, grasping the small details in life can also have a slimming effect. The following 8 actions will restore your charming figure!
- Bouncing off the couch After a hard day’s work, coming home to the perfect meal, cleaning up, watching your favorite TV show… Take this opportunity to work out during the commercials. Try doing a set of 20 horse steps, squats, abs, arm rolls, or push-ups during each ad.
- Tighten your abdomen while brushing your teeth Use the time you brush your teeth to tighten your buttock muscles. Hold for a few seconds then relax and repeat. You can do this exercise every morning and night when you brush your teeth.
- Take a few more steps. If you carry full shopping bags and transport them from the car to the kitchen in several batches, you will be able to burn more calories, even if you can do it all at once.
- Take advantage of every squat opportunity. Don’t think, “I don’t want to pick up that thing right now.” Think of clutter on the floor as an opportunity for a leg workout. Bend your knees and put your clothes, shoes, and anything else in place.
- Do it yourself When cooking, don’t use a food processor or buy vegetables that are pre-washed, cut, and bagged. When you don’t need an electric mixer, try to use the manual method.
- Use a desk to exercise Strengthen your calf and abdominal muscles to help keep your body in shape – sit on a chair, keep your body upright, contract your abdomen, lift your legs up, straighten your toes, and exercise your calf muscles. Extend your legs and move your toes forward and back 20 times, then rotate each foot and ankle 20 times to further strengthen your calf muscles and shape your ankles.
- Stand up When you answer the phone, stand at your desk and give yourself a stretch for more energy. Try to place frequently used documents on the top of the cabinet so that you need to stand up every time you reach for them.
- Keep the habit of walking Set small exercise goals for yourself and take advantage of every opportunity to exercise. Such as “I need to go to the ATM to get some fresh air and enjoy walking”. Seeing chores as a healthy lifestyle choice, rather than some annoying task you are forced to do, can also make it more fun to do.
