Srinagar, Oct. 10, 2023 – Aspiring model and social media influencer, Arif Hussain, aged 19, is leaving no stone unturned in his quest for success in the world of modeling. Set to feature in a prominent clothing brand’s shoot, Hussain is diligently preparing to showcase a chiseled physique at the upcoming event by taking on the hard Challenge, a prevailing body transformation campaign gaining traction across India.
“With limited time left before the event, it’s crucial for me, as a fitness model, to be in top form. That’s why I’ve chosen to tackle thehard Challenge, which promises to reshape one’s body in just 75 days,” Hussain declared.
The #75hard Challenge is a viral social media fitness trend that requires participants to adhere to a specific fitness regimen and dietary plan to achieve their desired physique in a span of 75 days. This includes two daily workout sessions and dedicated time for reading to enhance knowledge.
Participants are mandated to restart the challenge if they fail to adhere to the schedule, extending their commitment for another 75 days.
This fitness phenomenon, known as ’75 Days Hard,’ has made its way to Kashmir, inspiring many young individuals to embark on this transformative journey.
Hussain shared, “A number of my peers have enthusiastically embraced this challenge. It offers an excellent opportunity to instill discipline in our lives and shed those extra pounds.”
Arif Hussain is receiving guidance from fitness guru Fardeem Hussain, who himself has embarked on the #75hard Challenge to improve his endurance. Fardeem, the youngest professional powerlifter from Jammu and Kashmir, is gearing up for an upcoming international championship.
“People undertake this challenge with distinct objectives in mind. Some aspire to achieve a sculpted physique, while others are preparing for significant competitions. My personal goal is to lift a minimum of 350 kilograms over the next 75 days,” Fardeem stated.
Hussain revealed that numerous students under his tutelage have also embraced the #75hard Challenge in pursuit of a healthier physique in preparation for the winter season.
“As we approach the Mr. Jammu and Kashmir competition in the last week of October, many of our regional athletes are already in the preparatory phase. Our youth have readily embraced this challenge as they gear up for more substantial competitions,” Hussain remarked.
Wrestler Ankit Baiyanpuria is a prominent figure advocating the #75hard Challenge. He gained widespread recognition when he introduced the demanding challenge on Instagram, utilizing it as a means to enhance his mental fortitude and self-discipline.
