Teresa Giudice, the prominent figure from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” recently shared a glimpse of her sculpted physique in a gym snapshot taken during a vigorous workout.
At 51 years old, Teresa displayed her well-defined arm and abdominal muscles in a sleek black sleeveless crop top with “bro” elegantly scripted in white on the front. Complementing her attire were black leggings and matching trainers, and her high ponytail kept her hair in place.
Teresa, renowned for her unwavering commitment to her fitness regimen, has a history of competing in bodybuilding competitions. Notably, she secured a third-place finish in the NPC South Jersey Bodybuilding Competition in 2018.
Having consistently embraced exercise throughout her life, even during an 11-month prison stint in 2015 for tax fraud, Teresa intensified her workout schedule. During her incarceration, she began her days with yoga sessions in the morning and followed it up with three training sessions daily.
Now a free woman once more, her fitness routine remains as demanding as ever. The author of “Fabulicious!: Teresa’s Italian Family Cookbook” combines daily yoga with two 45-minute cardio sessions and an additional 45-minute weight training session.
This gym snapshot arrived in the midst of Teresa’s partnership with the fast-fashion brand SHEIN, which has sparked considerable controversy. Critics voiced concerns regarding the brand’s alleged involvement in human rights violations and accusations of unauthorized copying of artists’ work.
One disappointed follower remarked, “Well, this fits – Teresa partnering with one of the most unethical brands in the world. You know what they say, Birds of a Feather.” Another commented, “Cheap, tacky clothes, made off the slave labor industry. Seems EXACTLY like the type of business you’d associate with.”
Despite the backlash, Teresa Giudice, author of “Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again,” staunchly defended her decision to collaborate with SHEIN.
A representative for Teresa and her daughters clarified, “The SHEINxGiudiceGirls collection follows a long list of celebrities and public figures to partner with the brand. We acknowledge the concerns expressed about our partnership and met with the SHEIN team prior to working together. We 100% believe in ethical practices in all capacities and in doing our due diligence have not seen any substantive evidence definitively showing unethical practices.”
