A. Fruit assorted ice cream dumplings
Raw materials: glutinous rice flour, boiling water, mixed fruit stuffing.
Seasoning: white sugar, ice cream, dark chocolate, whipped cream, biscuits, chocolate bars, mint leaves.
Practice:
- Take about 1/4 of the glutinous rice flour, spread it out on the chopping board into a circle, add boiling water and mix well to make hot noodles. Add the sugar and remaining glutinous rice flour and knead to a soft and firm dough. Roll out into thick dumplings. Pack the fruit assorted fillings one by one, shape them into glutinous rice balls and steam them for later use.
