Aayushi, known for her role as the dancer Bindu in the supernatural thriller ‘10:29 Ki Aakhri Dastak’, shared insights into her yoga practices, stating, “As an actor, our schedules are demanding, and at times, we lack sufficient sleep. Our profession requires us to be agile and alert at all times, which can impact our health. Initially, I relied on workouts to keep me going, but I soon realized the importance of mental well-being alongside physical health.”

Finding joy in exercise magnifies its benefits, so I always ensure to engage in activities that bring me happiness. I encourage everyone to dedicate some time to themselves, and what better way than through yoga,” Aayushi concluded.
