At the recent launch of celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar’s book, Kareena opened up about her fitness and beauty routines. The actress emphasized the importance of simple, home-cooked meals and regular weight training. She explained, “Strength training, walking, doing Surya Namaskars, and focusing on my own skincare routine, rather than relying on treatments like Botox, are key to maintaining my health and appearance.”

When it comes to her diet, Kareena, a self-proclaimed foodie and avid traveler, prefers home-cooked food over anything else. She and her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, have even taken to cooking together. Kareena’s favorite comfort food is khichdi, a dish beloved by many in India. She revealed, “If I don’t have khichdi for 2-3 days, I start craving it. I even message my nutritionist if it’s not included in my diet because I can’t sleep without it.”
